My company has Jira Data Centre and lately we've gotten Service Desk and ProForma Lite.
I am trying to create an automation rule which, when a checkbox is marked, a Form is automatically added to the trigger issue, and an e-mail sent to the reporter.
I've seen in other posts automation triggers and actions that are "attach form" and so on, but I see nothing in the automation rules I have available?
Is this one of those many cases in which things are available in cloud but not in data centre? Is there any way in which I can make this work?

You may want to contact Atlassian Support directly to learn if there are other options or plans to add it. I did not see this as a suggestion in the public-facing backlog.

Because we do have Service Desk.

I believe the feature you asked about is available for the Cloud version and not Server/Data Center.
