Problem With Add In Auto Watch

Trying to add the add-on and it shows installing JIRA Autowatch at 50%. Not moving and when I log out and log back in and go to add-ons it brings up the same screen and cant close cant do anything? Help?

It is not complete installing. You should ignore it and hope it completes I would think. It likely is running a script that must complete or something of that nature.
