Problem between JIRA SOFTWARE and Easy Agile Roadmamp

Hello,

We are using JSD and Jira software.

Jira Software : SEN-15472964 (10 users)

We bought Easy Agile Roadmap for JIRA CORE ; SEN-15822881 but the license is not working and we don't where is the problem.

It seems that we need to buy the license 500$ because we have 15 users in JSD and only 10 users in Jira Software.

but this add-on it's only used by JIRA SOFTWARE users.

¿How we can fix this problem?

¿Maybe we need to cancel the license of 100$?

As per Atlassian Marketplace requirements, when purchasing Easy Agile Roadmaps, you must purchase a license that matches your highest Jira application tier. For example, if you have a 10 user Jira Software license and a 25 agent Jira Service Desk license, you must purchase a 25 user Easy Agile Roadmaps license.

This is a requirement of the Atlassian Marketplace and is the same requirement across Server, Data Center and Cloud. You can read more about licensing and pricing of Atlassian Marketplace apps here.
