Problem creating issues via mail

Hello.

We have a problem creating requests via email.

The problem is that when creating a issue by email with a user who is enlisted in a LDAP.

The issue is is created setting the reporter with de mail user (it does well) but in the field assined set the first alphabetical user of the LDAP list (must be unassigned!!!!).

Hi Albert,

Please check the following information:

• For JIRA 5.x,
  • Did you put select the check box of CC assignee in mail handler? Please un check it.
  • Ensure the unassigned issues is turn on from JIRA General Configuration.
• For JIRA 4.x
  
  • Kindly set the ccassignee=false in mail handler.
  • Ensure the unassigned issues is turn on from JIRA General Configuration.
