Problem for issue security scheme in jira

Hi ,

I have created a ISSUE security scheme and associated to one project , total 10 (issues/ tickets) are from that project and respective  issue security scheme .

And now i want to associated NEW security scheme , but while associating getting an error (security on this issues will be removed).

How to add a new scheme without deleting the old issue???

You can have only one security scheme by project. 

Each security scheme can have multiple levels.
