Hello, i want to know what is the problem in the above picture? why is role not working?

as the picture below shows that the role is for project named LNDS. 

and the role SUCCESS for some role and other dont why?

Hi @فادي , did you ever get this resolved? I would be happy to assist but the images are blurred and diff to read. Can you share more info here along with audit log?
