Problem in create link between jira and confluence

Hi all

Is there any expert ?

I have a question about linking jira and confluence.

When  i try to create applink from confluence to jira i get this error.

"Unable to auto-configure a Consumer as the remote Consumer-Info could not be found."

It seems that jira is not reachable from confluence.

I examine the network connection by telnet and curl every thing is OK.

There is not any SSL  on my tomcat.

Because our Jira Server is in behind a WAF with SSL,  I add a new connector in Server.XML and change BaseURL to new connector temporarily,  but no thing changes.

Then i try to check manifest ,so i run the following command ,it returns normal manifest but at the last line there is a strange phrase  "Connection #0 to host xxx.xx.x.xxx left intact"

What is the problem? How i should find a clue?
