now we have 5 users with a domain "@companyA.com" but recently add 3 more and these users when try to accept de welcome link and tried to access recieve a message like this.
AADSTS50105: Your administrator has configured the application Jira Cloud
Premium('70a3b80-a860-471a-bf3a-f408da862e69')toblockusersunlessthey
are specifically granted ('assigned') access to the application. The signed in user
'exampleuser@companyA.com' is blocked because they are not a direct
member of a group with access, nor had access directly assigned by an
administrator. Please contact your administrator to assign access to this
application.
what's the problem with these users? the other 5 can work without problems and hasthe same domain.
Hello @Gonzalo V
In order for a user to be able to access the product they must be a member of a user group that has been granted access to the product. As a Site Administrator you should be able to access this information by going to admin.atlassian.com and looking at your site. You should be able to see something similar to this.
The users that cannot access the product need to be added to an appropriate group listed on the right under Product Access for the Jira Software product.
You can also see if they have access to the product and are a member of an appropriate group by looking directly at the user's record under the Users setting from the panel on the left. When you open the users record you should see something similar to this.
Hello @Gonzalo V
Can you share with us your solution? That information may help other community members who come across this post when they have the same problem.
