Problem with Agile Board button on issue screen

Hi guys,

I have a problem with Agile Board button that should show me on what boards the issue is presented. my current version 7.13.0 Server.

After click on the button appears infinite loading gray overlay and no matter how long I wait, it's still loading.

In browser console, I receive a bunch of errors but I don't have the knowledge to understand what's wrong. Can someone help me?

Hi Pavlo,

I think that you are seeing a known bug documented in JSWSERVER-16668.  The good news is that this particular bug has been resolved in the 7.13.1 and 8.0.0 and higher versions of Jira Software.

In the meantime there are a pair of work-around on that bug ticket that might help mitigate this problem:

• Right click the button instead and open in a different window
• Locate the 'View on Board' option on the right hand panel to bring up the 'Go To Board' pop-up screen

I was suspicious that that's a bug but had faith that it's just some settings. :)
