Problem with IE9 in Jira 4.4 AND JIRA 4.4.1

We are using JIRA 4.4.1.

when we click for menu of Dashboards or Projects or Issues , options are not getting populated properly. These options are coming on the left hand side bottom corner. This is happening only with IE 9.

In other browsers it is working fine.
