Problem with Tests List Gadget (XRay) in JIRA

Hello,

I try to use a Tests List gadget in JIRA with following parameters :

- execution scope : 'Test plan'

- project : myprojectName

- test Plan Key : mytestplankey

-test Environnement : 'All Environnements'

- test Component : all

- test Priority : all

As 'Saved Filter' field is not mandatory, I don't fill anything.

As a result, I get all the tests of our platform and not only the tests linked to my test plan Key.

I've found this documentation : https://docs.getxray.app/display/XRAY/Tests+List+Gadget but I don't see where is the problem of my configuration

Is there a way to get only the tests linked to my test plan key ?

Hi @Caroline C

The definition you are setting up for the gadget is not filtering any results. You are using the gadget's Scope, not its filters. That configuration is not supposed to filter any gadget results, but rather it is suited to give you a different Point of View over the same data.
To only include the Test Plan's Tests on the gadget, you have to create a Saved Filter that only includes those issues. That way, you'll ensure that you restrict your data to the Test Plan values.
