Problem with accented filenames

We are having problem with deleting or renaming files with accent.

Even though we have told users not to use accented characters ( we are a Colombian compagny) in filenames, they didn't listen to us.

Anyway, so they have put accented characters in the filename, now when I need to delete or rename any file with accent I can t do it and the system shows me an error.

Hi there,

I suspect the reason you're having issues with accents in file names is down to the encoding of the components in your instances, and most likely there's a mismatch somehwere. Please set all of your components to use UTF-8 as described in the following documents:
