Problem with my 250 users upgrade (JIRA Software)

When I try to put the new license I got the following message:

"The license could not be installed.

This license does not match the type of JIRA currently licensed. This is a license for COMMERCIAL JIRA, which does not match your existing license for DEVELOPER JIRA. Please remove all other licenses for DEVELOPER JIRA if you'd like to change the type of your JIRA instance. For more information please see License compatibility"

You can't mix types of licence - it's either a production system or a developer one.  You'll need to check every applicaiton and add-on licence to see what type they are and either replace or remove them - when you've removed all the dev licences, you'll be able to apply production ones.
