Problem with remaining time shown on epic in structure/Jira vs BP

Hi,

Problem: We have an issue showing up on an epic. It is showing 1608hours remaining, but we believe should be showing 35 hours.

Background Info:

• We use Jira, BigPicture(BP), and structure.
• In BP if we use auto bottom up and have the field set to sum without parent, we get the 35 hours remaining but summing up the stories in the epic. If we chose sum, we’ll get 1608.
• In structure when we have a column for remaining estimate we only see 1608.

Desired outcome:

• Please advise what can we do such that it shows 35 hours remaining in structure/Jira field to match what we see in BP when we do sum without paren

If the value is missing both in your structure and in Jira, then it seems like a synchronization-related matter in BigPicture. Structure can only work with data/field values that are present in issues in Jira; it doesn't have access to the data stored inside other apps. So, if the data you need appears in issues and/or it can be referenced by JQL, only then Structure can work with it.
