Problem with the site creation

When I try to create Jira site (using the Safari browser), I get the error: 

 

Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support. (Issue ID for Atlassian use: 94e71cae7bc1497c9ad8aa3f17c3d0c9)

As we're currently on the free plan we don't have access to support. Is anybody else experiencing this and can we do anything to resolve this ourselves?

Hi @NikitaPlatov 

Atlassian as ceased all operations within Russia and Belarus as of 31 Oct 2022.  More information in https://www.atlassian.com/blog/announcements/atlassian-stands-with-ukraine

This extends to preventing new cloud site sign-ups to users located in those countries.

@Angel Luo It's common for the firewall of China to prevent a captcha from being displayed on the page.  This can cause what appears to the a similar state of failed sign up.  But this is not within Atlassian's control to change.  I'd suggest trying from a different network.
