Hello, I created an account for a new user in JIRA Software.
I have a problem because the new user does not get the email with the verification code New user's e-mail address: <edited out by Atlassian Support>
Hi @Magdalena Bendowska ,
The user you mentioned was not receiving emails due to some messages that were returned to our mail service last week with this error:
550 5.1.1 : Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table
I've cleared the error out of our mail service - additional tries to resend the verification will send now - however if the mailbox still does not exist, the address may wind up on our suppression list again. I would suggest using a service like ismyemailworking.com to test that delivery from an external service works to that address before re-sending the verification email.
Cheers,
Daniel

Not necessary.
Give the user your site URL
and the user should log in with his/her Atlassian account credentials
If the user has appropriate access they should be able to get to your site!!
Let me know if that works!!
Thanks,
Pramodh

The user wants to use logging in with a Microsoft account
and does not receive the verification email

I think this is a problem similar to the one described here

Hi @Magdalena Bendowska ,
as this is a public domain I would advise against sharing private emails. With that said, if all other users are getting the invitation then my first guess would be that it is ending up in this individual junk folder. Another possibility is that the server is somehow blocking the email.
