Problem with view

Hi, Short question to issue regarding customized view in Jira Temtech:

I have customized a view in Jira tool what columns I want to see. The customization works well for 1-2 month and then suddenly view is lost and I must execute customization for the view again. This has happened about 5 times in past 10 month. So view is saved correctly and correct view has been selected from drop down selection box but still the earlier customized view is totally lost. Any reason/idea why this happens repeatable?

It would be great if you could provide more details for the "customized view". What exactly do you mean by that? What kind of project is this? How do you customize the view? A screenshot or two would help a lot.
