Problems Setting up Jira: "Entschuldigung, wir hatten technische Probleme während ihrer letzten Aktion."

I can' proceed during the set-up of JIRA Core (Installation in German Language):

I can't skip the quick introduction and I'm asked to set up my first project.

The failure notice pops up, after entering the projectname and code.

If I skip, I'm forced to start again with the introduction....

The english language failure text is "Sorry, we had some technical problems during your last operation."
