Problems accessing Jira- How to create user administrator since the database?

Hello

I would like to know if it is possible to create a user administrator of jira from the database, since at this moment we have a problem in a client for the access to the instance, and it is necessary since we are in project to update the version, Currently they have the version of Jira Soiftware 6.3 and the database is MSSQL Server 2012.

The client forgot the user and password for the log in and as the instance is the one that will be used for tests it apparently lost the connection with the active directory.
