Problems after restoring Jira Data Base

Hi

We had recently some problems with Jira (version 6.0.4) after a Database corruption

We have restored a Backup of the DataBase done couple days before the event

After restoring obviously we lost some issues created during the two days , but all the rest seems working

Only problem raised is that Greenhopper part ,in particular Agile boards , doesn't work , also some part of Epics issues are nor displayed the cause seems to be the same (see the log extracted ) and seems to be related to "ranking"

Also displaying other issues the error is logged but without any impact on the issues itsef

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to solve the problem?

Hi Roberto,

at least for the error message you mentioned very last I found a knowledge base article which refers to it.

While I am not confident that this will solve all errors definitely it might be part of the trouble you are currently experiencing.
