Problems attaching files

Hello!

Do any of you have problems attaching a file to a task? I am facing these problems when attaching exel.xlsx and xls files of a maximum of 9mb, sometimes when I was able to attach, the attachment is gone. Usually a message is displayed that the attachment could not be created, however, without many details. Someone help me?

Hi @rafaelthomaz ,

If you're using Cloud the default attachment size (per file) is 1GB and the maximum size is 2 GB. What value is configured in Jira Settings-> System -> Advanced-> Attachment size? This document has more details about attachments:
