Problems importing from CSV (DateFormats)

I have attached 3 files:

Input test-VF.csv -> (my CSV file)

Log.txt -> error log from JIRA

BulkCreate-configuration -> configuration of the bulk import.

I don't under stand why only 12 records have problems with dates...

There are at the moment some problems with the CSV importer dates documented at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-42092 and https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-42259
