I've been getting search error messages when trying to link retrospective pages to sprints. I was able to link one without issues, but every subsequent sprint has always shown the following error:
Project permissions seem to be ok, so I'm scratching my head as to why this is happening. No mater the search string, it always comes back with this result.
Thoughts?
I've submitted a bug and it's being tracked here:
[JRACLOUD-93633] "Error while searching" error is observed when attempting to link pages from the Sprint Report. - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.
It's a known issue with no workaround or solution at the moment.
Hi @Luis Black ,
Unfortunately, it's not clear why this search doesn't work properly, probably there can be an issue with syncing JIRA and Confluence, and you need to wait some time, or maybe re-indexing is needed. I know about the issue but have never checked if a bug was submitted.
Just a side comment if you don't mind. I am the developer of retrospective app - Multi-team Scrum Metrics & Retrospective. Please read this article, it may change the way you approach retrospectives in general. The app allows users to quantify their retrospectives.
Best regards,
Alexey

Thanks for your reply Alexey. I'll give your links a look. I'll see related to re-indexing, but the issue seems to be wider as some pages have been there for a couple of months and the search in that dialog still comes up with an error - if it only missed the recent pages I'd be inclined that the indexing might help.
Thanks again,
Luis
