Problems to generate backup of the platform generation time without term

Dear I have problems to generate an endorsement of the platform, I understand that by date this process takes time, but it takes at least 24 hours in execution, is there a way to request it from the JIRA platform?

I was running into a similar problem and it was because of memory issues related to jira on the cloud. As each instance is having memory dynamically allocated based on size but while taking backup it can cause issue because backup is pretty memory intensive task.
