Problems using recently renewed license

I am getting the following even though I have a paid license through 13 Nov 2019

and my license was not expired when I renewed I am have Autorenew  turned on for

all Atlassian products.

 

 

License Too Old For Build: We found a problem with your JIRA license

Your current Jira Software license doesn't allow you to upgrade to this version of JIRA (7.12.3). Jira Software expired on 3 days ago 8:00 AM, and you can currently only upgrade to versions released prior to this date. Alternatively you can renew your license at my.atlassian.com which will allow you to upgrade to this version of JIRA (7.12.3). You can enter your new license here.

Hi there, George.

For now, I would suggest you to look into the steps listed in the How to Get and Update JIRA License String from the Database to extract the license from your my.atlassian.com and reapply the license again through the database and let me know if you run into any issues along the way.
