Problems viewing Jira issues in Salesforce using Customware Salesforce connector

Hi,

I've followed the manuals but when I use the following apex page code it always reports that "There are no associated issues.". 

<apex:page standardController="Case">
<apex:iframe id="jiraWindow" src="http://netnow.jira.com/plugins/servlet/customware/connector/issue/2/Case/fetch.action?id={!Case.Id}">
</apex:iframe>
</apex:page>

Jira displays the associated SF cases in a Multi Remote Object Link field.

Any help appreciated.
