Problems with HP Synchronizer and JIRA attachments

We have several projects in our company the synchronize JIRA (v7.6.1) with HP ALM using the HP ALM Synchronizer.
However one of the projects has the effect, that it can not synchronize attachments from JIRA to HP ALM (not read attachments). Synchronization the other way round (adding attachments to JIRA) works fine, as well as two-way synchronization for all other elements.
In HP ALM Synchronizer (version 12.53.2.127) the following errors are shown:
In JIRA no problem is logged (I checked atlassian-jira-log, catalina.log and access_log).
The attachment exists, is readable and lies in the right directory on the file system. Permissions in JIRA are also fine.
Has anybody a clue, where we should look for the problem?
We are running out of ideas.
