We have had a couple of issues this week when onboarding new users. They cannot access Jira using Edge but they can using other browsers. The problem does not present for existing users using Edge
Hi Elaine, have you tried removing cookies and clearing Browser Cache on those machines? Can they access Jira using Edge on another PC?
Can one of your existing users login on one of the new users machines? That might help to narrow down the issue. Is everyone using the latest Edge, and does everyone have all the same Windows Updates installed? That's just some troubleshooting to try.
