Problems with project visibility

Although I have limited from users and roles, and from global permissions to a user to only access his project, when he is going to create a new incident, a scroll appears with all the projects

and welcome to the community.

The behaviour you're describing is usually related to the permission scheme(s) of your project(s).

Is a project of interest still shown when accessing the 'View All Projects' page? Then you probably have some generic permission, e.g. User in field, granted for this project.

Is a project of interested only shown when creating an issue? Then your user has the 'Create Issues' permission for this project.
