Hello everyone,
we want to introduce Jira into our company. Currently, we are still using Trello – and here is where my problem starts:
We would like to transfer all Trello tickets from various Trello boards into Jira so that we don’t lose any data and everything remains easily accessible. However, I have only seen that individual Trello boards can be imported as projects – but it looks like archived Trello cards are not included in the export. Is there a way to export all cards from a Trello board into Jira? Or do I have to manually restore all archived Trello cards on the boards to make them exportable? There are hundreds of archived Trello cards, and doing this manually would take forever...
The development team has often linked Trello tickets in the code/GitHub. Is there a way to merge these links with the exported Trello tickets? It is important that the originally linked Trello ticket can now be found in Jira. Is there a way? Or are there other possibilities?
Can anyone help us with this? We would really appreciate it – because this issue is currently the deciding factor in whether we purchase Jira.
Best regards :)
