Problems with timeline export PNG

Hi everybody.

With the start of this week I have hade problems exporting a project timeline to PNG. I´ve tried both an incognito web browser and an ordinary browser (which has worked before).

I can trigger the problem by expanding or collapsing all epics. With all epics collapsed I can export the timeline, but with one or more epics expanded the export window is just loading and the timeline view and date fields are unresponsive.

Export to CSV works just fine. Anyone else that has this problem?

Thank you for posting your question in our community and for your detailed explanation regarding the behavior that you are facing.

After some investigation, we identified that the behavior occurs when the user clicks on "Export PNG" on a timeline that has parents' issues expanded with children assigned to some users. The timeline will be exported normally if the children's issues are not assigned.

We opened a bug to track the behavior:
