Procedure after Application Link

Hi,

I have created application link between 2 instances using http.  My question is
How can I proceed for below
1) Integration of projects in both the instances. I mean If I created any new project in one instance  After some time it should automatically get transferred in another instance. Or do I need to run any process /synchronise.
Same is for issue When I create one issue it should get copied or become visible in other instance.
Also can workflows, Kanban boards get copied/integrated.
Kindly advice.

application links have nothing to do with what you want to accomplish.

What you need is a datacenter configuration with multiple nodes.
