Procedure for migrating JIRA Agile / Confluence from cloud to our own server

Currently we are using the On Demand version of JIRA Agile and Confluence.

We are going to move the cloud instance to our own server very soon. In Order to prepare this, I have following questions:

a) If we generate the new Server Licence for JIRA Agile & Confluence and setup the Server instance, will the cloud version be further accessible? If yes, how long will it be accessible?

b) Do we have to cancel the On Demand licence? Because we want to use the application on our server only and are not willing to pay any additional costs for the On Demand.

Hey Vasu,

The answer to your question is as below;

1. Yes the cloud version will still be accessible until you cancel it or payment for the instance has not been made.
2. You don't need to cancel the On-Demand license, you will just need to raise a ticket to the Customer Advocates team via https://support.atlassian.com and request them to cancel the instance.
