Products showing outside Org

Hello all.

We have a new demand to migrate one of our Jira Cloud to another.

The documentation says that i need the same products on both Orgs. The problem is that the products on the source Org doesn´t appear inside the Org as you can see in the image.

Can you please help me to solve that? I´ve been searching online but nothing worked so far.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You might be running into this: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/transfer-products-to-another-organization/

If that is true, you will want to open a support ticket to get the site transferred before you can migrate.
