Progress Bars Greyed Out & Board not syncing

I am currently working in BigPicture Gantt and although my key has the color codes, my progress bars are all greyed out. My other BP Gantts do not have this issue, so I am presuming it is something in a setting somewhere. (pic #1 in 1st answer)

Additionally, my Kanban Board is not syncing with my BP Gantt. Some of the items have moved over, but my done items are missing from the Board. Again, I do not have this issue with my other BP Gantts. (pic below) My Board also does not populate when I try to access it from BP Gantt, but only when I go through the Projects Tab. (pic #2 & #3 in 1st answer)
