Progress bar for sub-tasks in ticket overview is gone

The Progress bar for sub-tasks in ticket overview is gone. Does anyone knows how to get it back? Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to Community!

Just to make sure we are on the same page, I would like to know if it's the progress bar on a next-project or the progress bar for each sub-task on a classic project?

I tested here on my local site that for next-gen it shows a progress bar for Done sub-tasks and on classic projects, it shows the percentage for each sub-tasks that is related to time tracking. 

Please, let me know more details about where the progress bar is not showing and we can test here to check if it's a bug or something recently added.
