Project Admin Cannot Click On Gadget Stats to Open Them As A Filter In A New Window

I have a dashboard with a "Jira Custom Chart" gadget. 

The gadget is a pie chart and I, the dashboard owner, can click on the various parts or numbers of the pie chart and a new window opens for me with a filter for those issues.

However, my colleague cannot do that and I can't figure out why.

Here's some useful information:

- The gadget uses JQL (not a filter) to find issues to display

- The gadget is configured to use the dashboard owner (mine) access rights for displaying data

- The colleague is an administrator in the project where there gagdet issues come from

- The colleague has edit rights to the dashboard

Hey @radu_johansen ,

Just to confirm—you're using the Marketplace app? Guessing something like this Custom Charts for Jira -Reports, Dashboards, Graphs & Tables 

This will probably help with troubleshooting.

As for what the colleague is seeing, can you maybe describe what they can view? Can they see the pie chart but not click on items, or don't they see the chart at all?

To circle back a bit, if you're using Marketplace app, you can probably reach out to vendor directly (each app listing on Marketplace should have Support tab where you can find contant info for the vendor support team). Vendors are usually quite responsive when it comes to troubleshooting questions for their apps.

can you maybe describe what they can view?

They can see the pie chart but can't click on items. They can click on items in OTHER gadgets, just not in this one. I think I have tried re-adding the gadget and it didn't do anything, but I will try again if you don't have any suggestions.
