Project Automation - Conditional Logic in Dynamic looping Tables

Hello!

I'm combining two tables that will be email out as a weekly report.

I was able to create two separate emails now I would like to combine them with one table and then the other underneath.   I was able to combine the filters. But now I get all of my results on the top table.  How do I get the table to show two sets of data?

Hi @Melissa C

Are you using Jira Server or Data Center version?  The different versions have different ways to gather issue data for use in an automation rule, such as with the two tables in your email.

With both Jira Server and Data Center, these options are available:

Those would provide 2 data sources for the email.  When using Jira Data Center, a third source could be to use the Lookup Issues action.  Please look here to learn about that action: https://confluence.atlassian.com/automation/jira-automation-actions-993924834.html#Jiraautomationactions-lookup-issuesLookupissues

Kind regards,
Bill
