Project Configurator

We are unable to export project in JIRA using project configurator. We keep getting the below error and we are not sure what it means. Kindly assist.

Hi @Sidney Ambrose ,

looks like there was project role with 10700 in your Jira, somebody deleted it, but it still stored in the custom field's Peer Review configuration.

Please, how does your custom field's Peer Review configuration looks like?

And also these 4 mentioned filters:

• Filter for IDI high-level
• Filter for IDI new business board
• Filter for IDI new technical board
• Filter for IDI small-changes board

Which JQL do they use?

Hi Hana,

Peer Review is just a user picker custom field. Would you be able to explain what project role means? I thought 10700 was the custom field ID but it isn't. All the filters are from the same project, each displaying different issue types.

about the project roles - see here please.

My guess is somebody has set project role user filtering for your Peer Review custom field (only users from some project role can be selected in the field). And the used project role has been deleted. That's why I'm asking about the configuration of the custom field.

The custom field is probably somehow used in the mentioned filters.
