Very very new to Jira, can anyone recommend a url or any information that would help me build a project from scratch. Im finding it very confusing - workflows, issues, schemes, Issue Types.
Any plain and simple examples I could look at to help me get my head around this please?
James
Hi James,
we all know that Jira can be a bit overwhelming in the beginning with all the schemes etc. but did you come across this page of the documentation and the picture explaining the different mappings? That's a good point to start with a deeper understanding of all the things :) Project screens, schemes and fields. But I guess you still want to hear one or two examples, right? :D
Best, Max

Hi @James Lewis,
I would suggest reaching out to your local AUG group in your area, there you can get advice and support directly from AUG Leaders.
If you would like to learn online I recommend the Atlassian documentation & Atlassian University.
If you would like some direct support with getting to grips with setting up a project, I would be happy to help where I can.
Hope this helps.

Hi Danny,
Thanks for your advice, just joined the London AUG. If you could assist with a project that would be really helpful
