I am looking for a tool with complete Jira integration which includes functionality such as :

• Project management: Gantt charts, etc
• Resource management to track allocated and spare time
• Financial management: cost of projects, etc

Reasonably straight forward to implement and easy to use.

What can you suggest? TIA

For me (and this is really a personal preference) I would suggest BigPicture (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212259/bigpicture-project-management-ppm)

It's designed for Project and Portfolio management and has a module for resource and capacity management.

They also recently (from version 8 and up) added a module for Cost management.

In the past they would integrate with another app vendor (Tempo) for time and cost tracking but they start moving away from that and having everything in their own app.

Reading your requirements, I immediately thought about BigPicture. It seems it's a perfect match! Thank you, @Dirk Ronsmans, for your mention.

It’s a comprehensive tool that supports project management in every phase; helps to plan, manage and track the projects, to consist of:

• Fully functionally Gantt chart (auto-scheduling, data aggregation, adjustable WBS, scenario mode, critical path)
•  The Resources module provides all crucial information to manage resources both at project and portfolio levels but also can give an insight into resource utilization on a PI/Sprint level. You can display capacity, remaining capacity, and allocation both on the individual and Team level, which allows precise analysis of the consumption of currently utilized resources and forecasted availability. Data are color-coded, which helps quickly identify both overallocation and under- allocation.
• Financial dimensions - we just added financial metrics to the portfolio-level overview.
