Project Settings menu inaccessible from within the project

With the new and improved facelift to Jira - unless you starred the project or shows in your recent list, is there a direct way to access project settings?

I am using Jira Cloud and a team managed project.

Yes, if you go to View all projects and then click on the three-dot menu in the Project URL column you will see Project settings.
