Project Specific Select Fields - issue with data center?

Holger - love the add-on but all of a sudden we are experiencing JIRA Indexing issues. Have attempted both system-wide re-indexing as well as project-specific re-indexing and yet on "some" projects the Project Specific option does not appear.

Have compared configuration with working projects and all looks correct.

We're continuing investigating with Atlassian - we've had other index issues particularly not able to sync across nodes (we use data center). Has anyone else reported issues related with indexing and/or data center?
