Project admin cannot change Project lead or Default assignee
Hello all,
in one of our JIRA instance we found strange behavior. Project admins cannot change Default assignee in Users and Roles. I found similar problems here but nothing is exactly what we have.
User with project admin permissions is not able to change Default assignee or Project lead. When she/he did it, page looks strange (see attached printscreen) and after refresh it displays old Project lead and Default assignee. It is working for me, I can change both values but I have JIRA admin rights.
We have JIRA 8.8.1, Unassigned issues are allowed, project name is less than 20 characters and project key has 8 characters (max. allowed is 10).
I don't see anything in atlassian-jira.log or catalina.out related to this.
Did anyone see similar problem? Can you help me with this?
