Project administrator not able to edit status/Workflow

I have an issue with a project administrator who is unable to edit status/workflow  within  a project in Jira cloud . Could you please offer some help .

Project Administrators generally are not able to edit the workflow except under specific circumstances.

The Project Administrator needs to be an Administrator for the board, and they can edit the status/workflow only through the board Columns page.

The workflow has to be a Simplified workflow. It will say on the Columns page of the Board Settings if a Simplified workflow is being used.

The can't edit the workflow if it is shared with other projects.

Can you provide a screen image for what the Project Administrator sees when they go to the Board Settings and look at the Columns settings?

You need to be a Jira administrator access to create/edit workflow in Jira cloud.

project administrator neither can't edit workflow nor create a new one.
