Project doesn't open Kanban or Scrum and shows "Failed to retrieve project data"

I've created a 3 Kanban projects via "Jira Software" 1 month ago and now it shows as "Jira Service Desk" and doesn't show the Kanban board, I've noticed it shows the "Failed to retrieve project data" in the Project card for this particular project in the Projects view.

Hello Ismail, 

It sounds like it may be a permission issue. Can you (or an admin) take a look at the project's permission scheme to see if your user has access? Depending on your permission scheme, you may need to be a part of a group or in a specific project role that has the "Browse Projects" permission.

It sounds like your user should have a Jira Software license, but I would double-check that as well.
