Project doesn't open Kanvan or Scrum and shows "Failed to retrieve project data"

I've created a project some days ago and now it shows only the tasks as Jira Service Desk and doesn't show the Scrum board, I've noticed it shows the "Failed to retrieve project data" in the Project card for this particular project in the Projects view.

Hi Claudio,

I am confused - you mention Service Desk but then the Scrum board. Service Management (Desk) projects do not have Scrum boards. Which are you really using?
