Hi everybody!
We've faced a strange issue:
I have an Source instance(INST1) and a target instance(INST2)
My job is to import some project from INST1 to INST2
What have i done:
- XML backup of INST1
- Backed up INST1 Attachment folder
- replaced attachment folder and xml back up to import directory of INST2
- started import.
And one project does not restore it's attachments.
What have i noticed: this is the project with changed key (it was FV, and now it is IS)
In the import logs i found errors that JIRA tried to find attachments in directory IS/10000/IS-1...
I renamed directory FV and all its subdirectories to IS.
And now i have no errors about attachments in log but issues do not restoring.
Also i've noticed an errors after import that jira has a problem to assign watchers to issues (10-20 issues).
Are that 2 things connected?
How can i inmport attachments in that case?
