Project permissions: manage sprints

Hi, 

It is not completely clear to me. 

If I add to Project X, a project permission scheme (e.g. Project X perm scheme), where I assign Person Y the "Manage sprints" permission. Can project Y then manage all sprints in all project, or only manage the sprints in project X? It is not clear to me. (Same for browse project permission etc...

that depends. If you share this permission scheme with all projects, Person Y can do. If only used with Project X, then not.
