Project start and Target Dates based on Qtr's in Product Discovery Ideas not exporting correctly.

I have many Ideas we are trying to prioritize by quarter. The quarters easily display correctly in Product discovery views but when they are exported to a CSV file the beginning month is a month earlier than the quarter. ie 

Mar-Jun, 2024Mar-Jun, 2024
Dec-Mar, 2024Dec-Mar, 2024

How do I avoid this without being more exact in my selection for every Idea data range?
